Kites Global introduced an AI-powered avatar assistant offering intuitive, voice-based support, and enhanced AI-assisted PDF search for faster access to information. The platform now includes sign language interpretation for video content, and supports screen-reader functionality. To foster active participation, we've added gamified features, allowing users to test their knowledge of DIMO and compete on a leaderboard-making the experience informative, inclusive, and engaging.
